About Mandy Curry

Mandy Curry is a native of Bridgeport WV. Mandy currently resides in Hurricane, WV with her husband Kirk and two young boys Ashton (8) and Preston (6). Four years ago, she and her husband emerged as entrepreneurs and created Healthy Kids Inc (“HKI”). HKI is an online meal planner designed to show busy parents how to cook healthy meals for kids. It was inspired by her family’s journey to “incorporate” a busy work schedule, kids, and healthy eating. Mandy is setting out to help families in WV adopt a healthy eating lifestyle. Today, she is a frequent blogger, author of the Step-by-Step Guide to Overcoming Picky Eaters eBook, and serves as on-air cooking talent for eHow.com. She also hosts various kids cooking classes at Huntington's Kitchen and has recently launched a YouTube cooking series called Healthy Kids 4 Busy Families.
