A2/A2 genetics means the cows produce only the A2 type beta-casein protein. Some research has shown A2/A2 cow’s milk to be easier to digest than the A1 milk that is predominantly found in stores today.
A2 is the milk protein cows produced before they were first domesticated over 10,000 years ago. All human milk is A2, so it is naturally recognized by the body and properly digested – unlike A1 protein which the body sees as a toxin, and works to remove through digestive upset, eczema, inflammation, etc.

Better for the Cows
We source milk from small local farms grazing cows on their natural diet of grass and non-GMO feeds and forage using no artificial growth hormones. Grass grazing improves cows’ health and physical fitness.
Better for the Planet
Our farmers practice regenerative and sustainable farming. Grass grazing uses less energy, protects water and builds soil, which retains carbon and reduces air pollution.
Better for You
Grass grazed dairy has increased levels of Omega 3 fatty acids and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), essential to human health. These fatty acids are not produced in the human body, so they must be consumed daily.
