Frequently Asked Questions

We are now offering pickup at The Wild Ramp’s Online Food Hub, located across the street from our market at 518 14th Street W. Orders that are placed will be available for second-day pickup service (except Sundays and Mondays). Pickups will be available Tuesday-Saturday.

For example, if you place an order by noon on a Monday, you will be able to select pickup options starting Wednesday of the same week!  To place an order, go to the Online Shop page.  Pickup is always free!

The Wild Ramp Online Food Hub is just like our regular market. It includes an ever-changing variety of items that are grown/made and delivered by over 100 local farmers, food producers and artisans. What is available changes each day, so check back frequently. You will have the opportunity to try some great products!

Unfortunately, no. The Online Food Hub is a packing and pickup destination only. You can shop for all of our products online or visit The Wild Ramp retail market across the street.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping. You can use our free pick up options or take advantage of our delivery truck drop off. Find us set up around the tri-state at a location near you to pick up your order. More details to come!

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.  If you prefer curbside pickup, please pull up on 14th Street W. in front of the store, and call us at 681-888-5768 when you have arrived. We will bring your order out to your car.

As of right now, we will not be able to accept EBT online. Check back soon for updates.

When you sign up, you will receive a box every week. So easy!  You can also “pause” your subscription when you don’t need a box by selecting the dates for when you would like to skip a week. You are billed on a weekly basis rather than up-front.  Each week, you will receive an email with the contents of your box and a recipe and farmer/producer information, so you can plan your meals and your shopping!

Since 2012, The Wild Ramp has been building close relationships with amazing small farms, food producers and artisans in/around West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky. We keep things super-local — the majority of our partners are based within 50 miles of our market. We are proud to work with growers who prioritize sustainable growing practices. We have over 50 produce suppliers to choose from, and we focus on getting items in your box that are really seasonal — like asparagus in the spring, summer berries and pawpaws in the fall! In the winter we are able to use the bounty of storage crops in addition to freshly grown greens to keep the box full and lovely. Eating seasonally is the name of the game here — and understanding that in mid-winter we have different things than in mid-summer!

Pickups will be available at the Online Food Hub on Thursdays at 518 14th Street W – 9:00 AM-5 PM.

At pickup, we recommend emptying your produce box into your own tote bags. This helps us reduce our impact on the environment and reuse boxes as many times as possible. Reduce, reuse, recycle

You can manage your account on our website. Follow the link above to the site, click “login” on the top right corner of the page. Under “my account” you will be able to manage your subscription. If you click the “manage upcoming orders” button, you will be able to pause your produce box or skip a specific week if you will be unable to pick up your box. You won’t get billed that week, and we won’t pack the box. Note: we bill on Sunday for pickup on Thursday. We make every effort to support both our customers and our producers. We are invested in our farmers’ well-being, and it is our responsibility to protect the supply of local food. Because of this, we are unable to process refunds after Sunday for any subscription box. You can skip a week by visiting this link. Any unclaimed boxes will be donated.

Click the button at the top of this page to sign up. Each week is $35. If you need any assistance, please contact us at or call (681) 888 – 5768

Yes, there will be a select number of add-ons available online to add to your pickup. Place your order for your subscription box, and afterwards, go back in and place a second order with your add ons.
