Harvest Kitchen Kale and Tomato Egg Bites
Makes 12 egg bites
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
3-4 Cherry Tomatoes
4 oz Kale
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for pan
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Whisk 6 eggs with 1/4 cup of milk, add salt and pepper to taste.
Oil 12+ cell muffin pan
Put diced tomatoes and chopped kale in the bottom of the muffin pan cups
Pour eggs on top of the vegetables, filling 1/2 the muffin pan cups.
Bake for 6-7 minutes
