Pumpkin Puree
- Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
- Remove top from pumpkin
- Slice pumpkin in half and gut (I like roasting the seeds as a snack)
- Lay pumpkin halves on a pan
- Roast for 45 minutes or until a fork can easily pierce the flesh
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes so you don’t burn yourself
- Scoop flesh into a food processor with a spoon
- Pulse until smooth
- Use for your favorite pumpkin recipe!
