Jalapeno Salsa
Ingredients:
2 Large Tomatoes sliced into wedges
1-2 Jalapeño Peppers sliced lengthwise (depends on what you like)
1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped
1-2 cloves Garlic peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Onion or Green Onions (depends on preference)
Instructions:

Use a spoon to remove pulp from tomatoes, leaving the flesh

Remove Jalapenos pith and seeds, leaving seeds will add spice if you prefer that

Add tomatoes, pepper, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt to food processor and blend to desired consistency

Stir in chopped onions and cilantro after processing

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
