Quick Pickles with Dill

4 pickling cucumbers
-
1 cup water
-
1 cup white vinegar (I prefer 1/2c apple cider and 1/2c white vinegar mixed)

1 tablespoon salt

2 teaspoons Black Peppercorn

2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard Seeds

4 sprigs Fresh Dill
-
2 halved cloves garlic
Slice cucumbers and mix all ingredients in a bowl or container. Cover and refrigerate. Quick pickles are ready in 24-48 hours.
